I am your Swing Shift Grievance Shop Steward and also serve on the Executive Board as a Trustee. I have been a dealer since 2012, and this is my third casino.

I became involved with UAW Local 2503 because, in a corporate environment, industrious, skilled workers like us are often not respected or compensated according to our many talents. I am always looking for ways to work with others to improve our conditions, especially when it comes to how we are compensated for the work we do.
